About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Anchor Sushi Bar - Knox, a leading provider of exceptional dining experiences in Knox. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service to our guests, working closely with our sommeliers, managers, and servers to create memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional beverage service to guests, utilizing your mixology skills to create memorable experiences.
  • Develop and retain a complete knowledge of all food, beverage, and dietary restrictions to answer guest questions effectively.
  • Follow established steps of service to ensure seamless execution and exceptional guest satisfaction.
  • Take orders, offer recommendations, and develop relationships with guests to deliver personalized experiences.
  • Work closely with Sommeliers, Managers, and Servers to maintain a cohesive and efficient team environment.

Compensation and Benefits

Base pay: $2.13 per hour plus tips. Potential to earn between $500-$1000 weekly.
