Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Forklift and Radio Frequency Scanner: Safely operate a forklift and utilize a radio frequency scanner to perform stocking activities, including pull-down and put-away.
  • Move Stock as Assigned: Move stock as directed by management, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to designated areas.
  • Complete Daily Safety Checklist: Sign out the forklift after completing a daily safety checklist, ensuring all necessary procedures are followed.
  • Report Unsafe Conditions: Promptly report any unsafe conditions or incidents to the supervisor, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Stack Product and Load/Unload Trucks: Stack product physically onto and off of pallets, and load and unload trucks as needed.
Essential Physical Demands
  • Ability to Walk and Stand: Ability to walk and stand continuously during the assigned shift.
  • Physical Examination: Ability to pass a physical examination, including testing for satisfactory vision, hearing, and blood pressure/pulse exams for safe operation of motorized equipment.
  • Escalation and Lifting: Ability to escalate up to 25 feet in height on equipment and lift/carry up to 70lbs during the assigned shift.
  • Push/Pull and Grip/Grasp: Ability to push/pull up to 130lbs force and grip/grasp continuously during the assigned shift.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a warehouse environment with exposure to a wide range of temperatures.
Qualifications
  • Physical Examination: Ability to pass a physical examination, including testing for satisfactory vision, hearing, and blood pressure/pulse exams for safe operation of motorized equipment.
  • Escalation and Training: Ability to escalate up to 25 feet in height on equipment and be trained to operate order selectors and reach trucks.
