We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Human Resources Manager to join our team at Centri Business Consulting.
About the Role:
This is an exempt position that will play a critical role in the day-to-day operational side of human capital management. The successful candidate will be responsible for performance management, onboarding, compensation, and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diving into strategies related to human capital, with a deep understanding of career pathing and performance plans.
- Working closely with the team to deliver performance feedback and coaching team members to achieve their full potential.
- Managing compliance areas, including 5500, audits, and required tax filings.
- Having a strong proficiency in payroll and related components.
- Assisting with expansion into new markets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to manage and lead a team, with prior leadership experience overseeing staff.
- Strong interpersonal and team building skills.
- A high level of customer service and a positive attitude.
Education and Experience:
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a client service environment.
- Strong experience with benefits, 401K, onboarding, and performance reviews.
- PREFERRED TO HAVE OBTAINED PHR OR SHRM.
- Strong proficiency in Paylocity and MS Office tools, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Travel will be minimal (5% - 15%) when necessary.
