We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Human Resources Manager to join our team at Centri Business Consulting.

About the Role:

This is an exempt position that will play a critical role in the day-to-day operational side of human capital management. The successful candidate will be responsible for performance management, onboarding, compensation, and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diving into strategies related to human capital, with a deep understanding of career pathing and performance plans.
  • Working closely with the team to deliver performance feedback and coaching team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Managing compliance areas, including 5500, audits, and required tax filings.
  • Having a strong proficiency in payroll and related components.
  • Assisting with expansion into new markets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to manage and lead a team, with prior leadership experience overseeing staff.
  • Strong interpersonal and team building skills.
  • A high level of customer service and a positive attitude.

Education and Experience:

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a client service environment.
  • Strong experience with benefits, 401K, onboarding, and performance reviews.
  • PREFERRED TO HAVE OBTAINED PHR OR SHRM.
  • Strong proficiency in Paylocity and MS Office tools, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Travel will be minimal (5% - 15%) when necessary.
