Key Responsibilities

The primary focus of this role will be on cleaning and maintaining designated areas, which include:

Pool and Recreation Areas:

  • Utilize hospital-grade disinfectants to sanitize all furniture and surfaces.
  • Organize and maintain poolside furniture, ensuring everything is in good repair.
  • Thoroughly clean barbeque grills, including scraping grates and checking burner functionality.
  • Manage waste disposal and ensure cleanliness of drinking fountains.

Fitness Center Duties:

  • Disinfect all gym equipment and return misplaced items to their proper locations.
  • Vacuum carpets and mop flooring as needed.
  • Dust and clean light fixtures, vents, and ceiling fans.
  • Monitor and replenish disinfectant supplies.

Restroom Maintenance:

  • Conduct thorough cleaning and sanitization of all restroom facilities.
  • Restock necessary supplies such as paper towels and soap.
  • Ensure floors are swept and mopped regularly.

General Grounds Upkeep:

  • Inspect and maintain the cleanliness of outdoor areas, including landscaped spaces.
  • Clear walkways and entrances of debris and litter.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.

Additional Information

Hourly Rate: $16.00

Shift: Day Shift

Schedule: Monday to Thursday; 5 hours per day, Friday; 4 hours per day (Total of 24 hours per week)

Benefits: Part-Time and Full-Time options available, with various shifts and opportunities for advancement.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift 35-50 lbs.
  • Reliable transportation is essential.
  • Strong attendance record is required.
  • Must be able to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
  • Authorization to work in the United States is necessary.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check is mandatory.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
