Job Overview

We are seeking a Reengagement Outreach Coordinator to work closely with identified school personnel and provide in-school and in-home case management services. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to engage with children and families, providing family support services.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with school staff in Freedom High School, located in the Bethlehem Area School District
  • Meet with students and families to complete assessments, identify barriers, and develop re-engagement plans
  • Engage with families in the overall planning processes for students
  • Advocate for students and families to establish communication with school personnel and access community services/supports
  • Maintain agency records for students, ensuring compliance with agency standards
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in human services
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with children and families, providing family support services
  • Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills
  • A driver's license and reliable vehicle with proper liability insurance
