Speech Language Pathologist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant in Seaford, DE and surrounding areas. As a School Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in supporting students with speech and language challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments to identify students' communication needs
  • Design and implement individualized therapy plans to help students develop their communication skills
  • Collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure students receive comprehensive support
  • Help students develop their communication skills to thrive academically and socially
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Delaware
  • Certification from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children
