Medical Office Assistant Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers.
  • Coordinate patient appointments, correspondence, and phone calls in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure the smooth flow of patients through the practice, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and staff to ensure seamless communication and care coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to confidentiality and HIPAA guidelines.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two years of work experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
