Home Health Clinical Manager

Career Land Center is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Home Health Clinical Manager to join our team. As a Home Health Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for managing facility operations to ensure long-term success and connecting patients with optimal treatment modalities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage facility operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of patient care
  • Train existing employees on new policies, procedures, and standards
  • Organize clinical records, patient health records, and other essential documents and resources
  • Solve patient problems in a way that complements the mission of the clinic
Requirements:
  • Valid Florida license and degree from an accredited PT Program
  • Three to five (3-5) years experience in clinical field (as RN will be also accepted), preferred
  • One (1) year experience in home health nursing required
