Position Overview

As a Wellness Program Supervisor, you will oversee participants in their daily fitness routines, ensuring a supportive and engaging environment. You will be accountable for the comprehensive management and operational excellence of the fitness center and its equipment.

Key Responsibilities

1. **Guide participants** in understanding effective and safe exercise practices.
2. **Support individuals** in reaching their fitness objectives.
3. **Ensure participants** leave their fitness sessions feeling rejuvenated and positive.
4. **Demonstrate the ability** to follow instructions effectively.
5. **Submit all documentation** in alignment with established deadlines and protocols.
6. **Uphold and enforce** organizational policies and procedures.
7. **Participate in training sessions** and meetings as required.
8. **Maintain equipment** in an orderly and proper manner, as instructed.
9. **Report any equipment issues** and maintenance requirements promptly.
10. **Adhere to scheduled times**, starting and concluding sessions punctually.
11. **Complete Incident Reports** for any injuries or accidents that occur.
