Job Summary

Advanced Drainage Systems is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Yard Loader to join our team. As a Yard Loader, you will be responsible for safely and accurately loading and unloading all deliveries made and received by ADS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a forklift to load and unload materials in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Conduct final visual inspections and label all finished goods to ensure quality.
  • Ensure proper product rotation and tracking of inventory levels.
  • Practice continuous improvement with regard to process and facility housekeeping.
  • Invest in your career with ADS by building and maintaining job skills and additional earning potential through company training programs.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse, industrial, or manufacturing experience.
  • Basic inventory management skills.
  • Forklift operation.
  • Dependability.
  • Ability to learn new skills.
  • Team-oriented.
  • Basic mathematical skills.
