Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement reliability tools to analyze equipment performance and drive improvements in maintenance strategies.
- Lead equipment failure root cause analysis and provide recommendations to optimize maintenance and repair activities.
- Establish inspection and preventive maintenance strategies for rotating equipment to minimize downtime and extend asset lifespan.
- Review lost opportunity events and develop action plans to address equipment-related issues.
- Develop and maintain sparing plans to support business goals and ensure equipment availability.
- Provide technical guidance on equipment operation, maintenance, and repair to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, construct, and inspect equipment to meet industry standards and best practices.
- Manage assigned projects and initiatives to ensure timely completion and budget adherence.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to recommend improvements and optimize equipment performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in rotating equipment reliability, mechanical maintenance, and project management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
