  • Conduct code reviews to provide guidance on engineering best practices and compliance with development procedures
  • Ensure all aspects of product development follow compliance and security best practices
  • Exhibit relentless focus in software reliability engineering standards embedded into development standards
  • Embrace emerging technology opportunities and contribute to best practices in support of the bank's technology transformation
  • Contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Review tasks critically and ensure they are appropriately prioritized and sized for incremental delivery
  • Anticipate and communicate blockers and delays before they require escalation
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or related field, plus 2 years of experience as a System Analyst, Software Engineer, or related
  • Or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of experience as a System Analyst, Software Engineer, or related
  • Must possess 2 years of experience with Master's or 5 years of experience with Bachelor's with: designing, configuring, administration, scripting, customization, deployment, and integration; technical implementation of various ServiceNow modules; developing custom workflows utilizing modern web technologies; rapidly prototyping new solutions and resolving health scan findings within SLA; supporting APIs and maintaining up-to-date documentation; ServiceNow; JavaScript; HTML5; Jira; REST API; XML; JSON; LDAP; SOAP; Service Catalog; CSS3; MID Servers; and SDLC
