Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least three years of experience in restaurant management is required.
  • Preference: Previous experience in Sonic management is highly regarded.
  • Availability: Must be willing to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with recruitment practices and labor regulations is essential.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication abilities are necessary.
  • Technical skills: Basic proficiency in accounting and computer usage is expected.
  • Problem-solving: Capable of resolving conflicts and addressing challenges effectively.
  • Appearance standards: Must adhere to company appearance guidelines.

Having prior experience in Sonic management is beneficial for this position.
