Job Title: Surgical Technician

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technician to join our team at Infojini Healthcare. As a Surgical Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms.

Job Summary:

The Surgical Technician will be responsible for preparing and maintaining the operating room, assisting surgeons and nurses during procedures, and ensuring the highest level of patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain the operating room, including setting up equipment and supplies.
  • Assist surgeons and nurses during procedures, including passing instruments and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
  • Monitor and maintain patient safety and well-being during procedures.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure efficient and effective care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest surgical techniques and technologies.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience as a Surgical Technician in a Neuro/ENT specialty.
  • Strong background in Neuro, including knowledge of Crani, EVD, Spine, and other relevant procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Work Environment:

This position is located at our Milwaukee, WI facility, a Level III Trauma Center and Level III NICU. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for growth and development.
