Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist for School Services

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Newark, Ohio. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will work with students to assess, screen, evaluate, and share results with parents and the school interdisciplinary team. You will develop and implement IEPs for students while reviewing goals and objectives to make recommendations for appropriate care plans.

Job Details:
  • Location: Newark, Ohio
  • Job Type: Local Contract
  • Duration: 13 weeks
  • Hours: 35 hours per week
  • Shift: 7 hours, days
Responsibilities:
  • Assess, screen, evaluate, and share results with parents and the school interdisciplinary team
  • Develop and implement IEPs for students while reviewing goals and objectives to make recommendations for appropriate care plans
  • Establish a positive learning environment while providing response to intervention for the needs of each student
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in education or equivalent experience with a bachelor's degree
  • Ohio SLP License
  • American Heart Association BLS
  • School Experience is Preferred but not required
  • ASHA Certification
