Tractor Mechanic

Saddle Creek Logistics Services is seeking a skilled Tractor Mechanic to join our team in Lakeland, Florida. As a vital member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our fleet of tractors.

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of tractor components.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with tractor systems, including hydraulic, electrical, and engine systems.
• Conduct performance tests and adjust or repair components as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

• Two years of experience as a diesel mechanic or a combination of formal training and experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to off-site locations as needed.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
