Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify occupational therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans for students in pre-K through 12th grade.
  • Collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and parents to integrate therapy goals into the student's educational plan and daily routines.
  • Manage a moderate caseload of diverse students with varying occupational challenges, providing evidence-based interventions tailored to their unique needs.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Valid Virginia OT license in good standing.
  • Experience working with children in a school or clinical setting is preferred.
