As a Caregiver/CNA, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients, providing them with the highest level of care and support in the comfort of their own homes.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist patients with personal hygiene, including bathing, skin care, mouth care, and hair care, and instruct patients and their families on meeting these needs.
  • Provide physical assistance with patient transfers, positioning, and ambulation as outlined in the patient care plan.
  • Assist patients with prescribed non-skilled exercises, which have been taught by professional personnel.
  • Change patient bed linen as needed and maintain a safe and clutter-free environment.
  • Prepare light meals during visits, if time permits, and assist with cleaning and maintaining supplies and equipment.
  • Assist patients with self-administered medications, such as opening bottles and fetching water.
  • Shop for groceries or household items required for the health and maintenance of patients.
  • Apply non-prescription topical ointments or lotions to unbroken skin at the patient's direction.

Requirements:


  • Availability to work various shifts, including Monday to Friday and every other weekend.
  • Two weekend shifts are required each month.
