Customer Service Coordinator

The Distribution Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in ensuring seamless customer interactions and order processing. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of goods.

- Conduct thorough investigations into customer complaints, providing detailed reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and trust.
- Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures, adhering to strict confidentiality guidelines.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Meet or exceed performance targets, consistently delivering high-quality results.

Qualifications:
- A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with shipping software systems, including UPS and Federal Express.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
