Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel ICU Nurse to join our team at Emerald Health Services. As a Travel ICU Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU CCU unit
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Monitor and manage complex medical equipment, including ventilators and cardiac monitors
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Perform routine assessments and interventions to prevent complications and promote patient recovery
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in ICU CCU nursing
  • ACLS, BLS, and NIH certification
  • Experience with Epic electronic medical record system
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
