Teaching Opportunity in Business Law

We are seeking a qualified adjunct faculty member to teach individual courses in the Luter School of Business at Christopher Newport University. The successful candidate will have a strong background in business law and the ability to teach effectively in a higher education setting.

Responsibilities
  • Teach courses in business law, including Business Law and Business Law for the Arts
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and assessments
  • Provide feedback and guidance to students
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development
Requirements
  • Master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field, such as business law or a related field
  • 18 completed semester hours of related graduate coursework or an MBA and related professional experience
  • Excellent teaching and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
