Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $24-$26 per hour, with part-time positions requiring a minimum of 15 hours per week and full-time positions requiring a minimum of 30 hours per week. Additionally, we provide a range of benefits, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, paid time off, referral programs, flexible scheduling, training, and growth opportunities.

RBT Duties and Responsibilities

  • Deliver ABA therapy services under the direction and guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
  • Engage clients in various activities to promote skill development
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in all interactions
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in therapy delivery

RBT Skills and Qualifications

  • Registered Behavior Technician certification

RBT Certification Support and Advancement Opportunities
