ARE YOU READY TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE?
We are in search of highly skilled and forward-thinking Advanced Practitioners to join our multidisciplinary team. Your expertise will play a crucial role in delivering top-tier care to patients with Advanced Heart Failure (AHF).
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Eligibility for NP/PA licensure in the state of Georgia
- Board Certification via NCCPA for Physician Assistants
- Board Certification via ACNP (Acute Care), AGACNP, or FNP required for Nurse Practitioners
- Experience in Advanced Heart Failure is highly desirable, including:
- LVAD
- Cardio-MEMS remote monitoring
- Proficient in applying advanced clinical techniques in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Focus on outpatient care
- Monday to Friday schedule
- No weekend or on-call duties
- Option for a 4-day work week
- Supportive clinical staff
- Utilization of EMR Platform - EPIC
- Collaborative role with board-certified Cardiologists and other healthcare professionals, providing leadership and expertise in patient care
