Responsibilities
Patient Evaluation and Diagnosis:
- Perform thorough health evaluations.
- Diagnose and manage both acute and chronic health conditions.
- Order and interpret necessary diagnostic examinations.
Care Planning and Management:
- Design and execute comprehensive patient care strategies.
- Prescribe appropriate medications and treatment modalities.
- Deliver education on health promotion and disease prevention.
Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
- Consult with specialists and physicians as required.
- Facilitate coordinated patient care across multiple healthcare settings.
Qualifications
- Valid and unrestricted California medical license.
- National certification recognized by Medicare.
