Overview of Position:

We are seeking a quality-minded Auto Body Repair Estimator to join our team. As an Auto Body Repair Estimator, you will be responsible for greeting customers, assessing their needs, and overseeing the repair process from start to finish. This includes handling all insurance-related communications, ordering parts, keeping customers updated, and quality-controlling the vehicle through repairs to the final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect damaged vehicles to determine the extent of structural, body, mechanical, or interior damage.
  • Estimate the cost of labor and parts and prepare estimate records.
  • Work with insurance companies regarding repairs.
  • Evaluate the practicality of repair versus payment of vehicle market value before the damage.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ year(s) of relevant experience.
  • Valid and clean WI Driver's License.
  • Previous auto body shop experience is a plus.
  • Ability to function as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and take direction.
  • Ability to adapt to the needs of a fast-paced work environment.
