Culinary Technician Role Overview

The Culinary Technician Team plays a vital role in preparing and serving our customers. As a Culinary Technician, you'll work closely with our experienced chefs and culinary experts to create high-quality meals for our stores.

Responsibilities:
  1. • Prepare a variety of food products using standardized recipes and methods

    • Inspect food ingredients and equipment to maintain quality standards and sanitation regulations

    • Coordinate and perform equipment and plant sanitation as needed

    • Control quality and production costs through strict adherence to recipes and production procedures


Requirements:
  1. • Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts or related field

    • Experience in food preparation and kitchen management preferred

    • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
