Job Summary

Child and Family Service is seeking a Clinical Lead to provide clinical supervision, training, and support to our Life Skills Specialists. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing clinical training and consultation, including knowledge of Trauma-Informed Care and evidence-based practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical supervision and training to Life Skills Specialists
  • Assist with facilitation of clinical component in staff meetings
  • Implement and uphold the Risking Connection, Trauma-Informed Care approach within the program
  • Monitor, assess, and coach direct service staff to increase staff competency in TIC approach to residents
  • Work with all staff and schedules/shifts as prioritized to problem solve difficult milieu situations and staff/resident interactions to improve service delivery quality
  • Implement systems and collect data utilizing CFS EHR system
  • Assist with report writing and sentinel events
  • Provide quarterly supervision documentation to QA department for direct service staff
  • Be on-call to provide clinical support to direct service staff during crisis and assist with hiring of direct service staff
  • Train staff in TIC model as a CFS Trainer
Requirements
  • Masters' Degree from a school accredited by a recognized accrediting agency
  • Over two years, up to and including four years of experience in providing clinical training and consultation
  • Knowledge of Trauma-Informed Care, evidence-based practices, and clinical supervision
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and work under moderate to high levels of stress
  • Professional leadership and ability to provide in-service training
