Compensation and Benefits

• $40,000.00-$120,000.00 annually
• Bonuses Offered (up to twice a year)

Responsibilities

• Perform service and maintenance tasks on various types of Heating and AC units, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
• Conduct bidding and installation of new Heating and AC units, accurately assessing customer requirements and completing installations with precision.
• Prepare and fill out invoices promptly for each job completed, ensuring accurate documentation of services rendered.
• Regularly deliver copies of invoices to the office, maintaining organized and up-to-date records of completed jobs.
• Submit daily time tickets to the appropriate department, providing accurate and detailed information on hours worked and tasks performed.
• Maintain a clean and organized shop, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
• Keep the company vehicle clean and well-maintained, conducting regular inspections and addressing any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
• Collaborate with the purchasing department to order necessary parts and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
• Efficiently manage inventory, keeping track of parts and equipment used to minimize delays and maximize productivity.

Requirements

• Hold a valid HVAC Class A License
• Possess EPA certification for handling refrigerants
• Demonstrate above-average communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
• 3-5 years of experience in HVAC installation and maintenance
• Previous experience as an HVAC Technician, HVAC Service Technician, or HVAC Maintenance/Installation is highly desirable.
• Hold a valid driver's license.
• Pass a thorough background check.
• Reside in Andrews, TX, or be willing to relocate to the area.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
