Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct thorough cleaning and organization of the manufacturing floor and surrounding areas to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Assist with preventative maintenance activities on all manufacturing equipment, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.
- Operate and maintain forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move materials and products around the facility.
- Perform painting projects and other tasks as assigned by management.
- Work closely with the maintenance team to identify and resolve equipment issues and implement process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues or concerns to management.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a maintenance or facilities role preferred.
- Ability to lift 90 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use CMMS system.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
