Keyholder Assistant

We are seeking a driven and charismatic Keyholder to join our team at Rose & Remington. As a leader on the sales floor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing store operations, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete all opening and closing procedures to ensure a smooth store experience.
• Assist the Team Lead with operational duties and support the Assistant Store Manager as needed.
• Consistently meet and exceed store sales goals by providing outstanding customer service and promoting our products.
• Function as a role model, prioritizing guest satisfaction and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Assist with merchandising and visual displays to create an engaging store environment.
• Develop strong relationships with customers, providing styling advice and product knowledge to drive sales.
• Maintain a clean and safe work space, adhering to company standards.
• Connect with customers at the cash wrap, providing a seamless shopping experience.

Requirements:
