Tax Director

Blink Health Administration LLC is seeking a highly experienced Tax Director to lead our US tax function. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing the Company's tax initiatives across the tax landscape, including tax operations, compliance, planning, and tax accounting.

• Develop and oversee the tax function, ensuring compliance with all tax laws and regulations.
• Build and execute a roadmap for the future of the tax organization, identifying strategies to reduce tax compliance risks and minimize tax liabilities.
• Manage outside tax advisors on key strategic projects and tax planning initiatives.
• Oversee foreign, federal, and state income tax compliance, including the preparation and review of tax returns, estimates, and extensions.
• Manage sales and use tax returns, annual filing of drug legend tax, and indirect taxes, including corporate excise, franchise, and GST.
• Maintain a working tax technical expertise in areas such as marketplace facilitator, healthcare industry-specific taxes, and SaaS taxability.
• Monitor and evaluate the Company's nexus analysis for updates of any business changes.
• Prepare cash tax forecasts and analysis.
• Manage the preparation and review of tax accounting in accordance with ASC 740, including the identification of uncertain tax positions and related financial statement disclosures.
• Perform tax registrations and manage the tax aspects of intercompany transactions.
• Communicate effectively with management and cross-functionally to provide tax planning, advice, and guidance.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
• Combination of Big 4 and industry experience, including late-stage startup experience.
• Strong 15+ years of experience in tax management.
• Active CPA license required.
