About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our team at Dialysis Clinic, Inc. As a key member of our patient care team, you will provide specialized nursing care to patients undergoing hemodialysis treatments.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain dialysis equipment and treatment supplies to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Administer and monitor hemodialysis treatments, assessing and communicating changes with physicians and families.
  • Provide ongoing patient education, training, and health coaching to promote optimal care and outcomes.
  • Document patient education efforts and facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals.
  • Lead a small patient care team and contribute to onboarding new staff members.
