The Technologist Support Specialist plays a crucial role in assisting with both administrative and clinical functions, ensuring outstanding service and high-quality patient care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Accurately enter patient data into the healthcare system
  • Gather comprehensive patient histories to aid in diagnostic processes
  • Prepare examination rooms and provide assistance during medical procedures
  • Approach patients with empathy while upholding confidentiality
  • Effectively communicate and provide comfort to patients
  • Execute clerical tasks and ensure cleanliness of examination areas
  • Collaborate with referring healthcare providers and oversee equipment maintenance
  • Manage schedules and support various imaging modalities
QUALIFICATIONS:
A minimum of two years in the Medical Assisting field is preferred
High school diploma or GED is required
Completion of an accredited Medical Assistance program is preferred

SKILLS REQUIRED:
Strong ability to establish effective relationships, work autonomously, and meet specified physical demands.
