Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team at GPAC. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional to leverage their skills and expertise in the cabinetry and millwork industry to drive business growth and revenue.
About the Role
This Outside Sales Representative role involves traveling to customer and contractor sites, building relationships with key stakeholders, and developing targeted sales strategies to achieve ambitious sales targets. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in outside sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of market trends and product offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory sales plans to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, and other industry partners
- Conduct site visits and assessments to identify opportunities for sales growth and recommend solutions
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in outside sales or direct contractor sales in the cabinetry or millwork industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Market knowledge and understanding of industry trends
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
