ABA Therapist

We are seeking a skilled ABA Therapist to join our team at Cultivate Behavioral Health and Education. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children with autism to develop and implement personalized treatment plans using Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) techniques.

• Deliver in-home ABA therapy sessions to children with autism.
• Conduct regular assessments and data collection to inform treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a BCBA to ensure consistent application of ABA principles and teaching procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities highly desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and work well in a fast-paced environment.

• A starting salary of $22-25 per hour ($40,000-$50,000 per year) based on experience.
