Clean Harbors Denton, TX seeks a seasoned Diesel Fleet Mechanic Lead to oversee shop operations and ensure fleet compliance.
Job Overview:The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising maintenance work, maintaining service and parts records, and ensuring company fleet adherence to DOT regulations.
Salary and Benefits:- $85,000 - $110,000 per year (estimated)

- Ensure Health and Safety is the top priority by complying with all safe work practices and policies
- Perform preventative maintenance, conduct inspections, troubleshoot issues, and perform necessary corrections
- Complete daily checklists and communicate any problems or issues immediately
- Assure unit has daily maintenance duties performed and communicates any problems or issues with the unit immediately upon discovery
- Conduct Safety Checks & Annual Vehicle Inspections in accordance with provincial & federal laws
- 5-7 years of diesel engine experience
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Must be versed in all aspects of diesel engines, including electrical, computer, ECMs, fuel, air systems, ABS, hydraulic systems, and more
- Demonstrates complete proficiency in diagnostic, repair, and maintenance of heavy-duty units, including forklifts, roll-off trucks, tractors, and tankers
