We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Member Experience Associate at AAA NCNU. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service and value to our Members.

About the Role

This is a full-time onsite position that requires working 5 days a week, including Saturdays. You will be responsible for performing fundamental customer interactions, including member services and product sales, while adhering to branch operations and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by identifying and meeting Member needs and expectations.
  • Promote AAA products and services to achieve individual and branch goals.
  • Work collaboratively with other Team Members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; prior experience in sales or customer service-focused positions is preferred.
  • You should possess excellent communication skills, active listening abilities, and a strong customer-centric mindset.
  • Familiarity with multiple computer systems and applications is essential.
What We Offer

In addition to a competitive hourly base salary, this role is subject to an incentive plan that includes commissions and/or piece rate bonuses. We expect most employees to earn between $270 and $3,500 annually in incentives, contingent on performance. Starting rates vary by region, ranging from $23.00 to $26.95 hourly.
