Position Overview
The Meat Clerk II plays a crucial role in delivering meat preparation services to customers, replenishing the service counter and self-service cases, and assisting guests at the counter.
In stores featuring a Smokehouse, this position supports the Smokehouse Manager in crafting exceptional sausage and other smokehouse products.
The Meat Clerk II is responsible for ensuring a continuous delivery of outstanding customer service, maintaining superior quality and freshness of all meat, seafood, and fresh smokehouse products, educating and assisting customers at the meat and seafood service counter, enticing guests by creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere, actively engaging customers through freshly prepared product samples and suggestive selling, ensuring meat and seafood cases are well-stocked, and adhering to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
