We are seeking a skilled Dietitian to join our team at Altru Health. As a key member of our nutrition care team, you will be responsible for assessing patients' nutritional status, analyzing data, and making recommendations to improve their health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Perform and document nutrition assessments, analyze data, and make clinical recommendations to develop patient nutrition care plans.
- Implement and review nutrition care plans, ensuring that they are carried out by staff and updated as needed.
- Communicate with caregivers and patients to promote health and nutrition, and provide education on healthy eating habits.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in nutrition and health, and serve as a resource to the community and Altru Health System.
- Registered Dietitian (RD) or Dietitian (ND) certification.
- Minimum 1 year of related experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This is a part-time casual position with no set hours. You will be required to cover scheduled PTO, call-ins, and pick up hours as needed.
This position requires occasional driving, and you must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
