Job Summary

The Loader Equipment Technician performs a variety of tasks, utilizing assigned equipment and personnel, in a safe and efficient manner. The role involves delivering high-quality service with zero Health, Safety and Environment (HS&E) incidents, adhering to policies, standards, and procedures.

This position reports directly to the Production Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guarantee timely arrival of correct equipment and materials at job sites, ensuring they are properly rigged up, tested, and ready for operation.
  • Rig up and rig down equipment, including high-pressure rated equipment, as required.
  • Attend pre-job meetings with team members, customers, and third-party personnel to discuss project details.
  • Conduct risk assessments prior to each task or job, identifying potential safety hazards and addressing them promptly.
  • Maintain equipment according to established standards, ensuring it remains in safe, clean, and proper working condition for subsequent service jobs.
  • Perform regular inspections and self-assessments to ensure compliance with set standards.
  • Comply with all HS&E, Quality, and IT standards and policies, participating in initiatives and programs related to these areas.
