We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Pastry Confectioner to join our team at Royal Palm Yacht and Country Club. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate pastry professional to showcase their expertise and creativity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in a high-volume pastry operation, preferably in a private club, hotel, or resort setting. An undergraduate degree in Baking or Culinary Arts is also highly desirable. If you possess exceptional multitasking skills and can maintain a calm demeanor under pressure, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present exquisite desserts for a la carte dining, banquets, and member events, adhering to strict quality standards and specifications.
  • Create innovative recipes to elevate the pastry department's offerings, while utilizing existing Club-standard recipes.
  • Mentor and train pastry cooks to ensure seamless execution of dessert preparation and presentation.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
