About the Job

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our team at IntelyCare. As a STNA, you will provide high-quality care to residents in post-acute facilities, working in a flexible schedule that allows you to control your work-life balance.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents, adhering to their individual care plans and reporting any concerns to the nursing team.
  • Monitor vital signs, including blood pressure, and communicate with supervisors as necessary.
  • Support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as personal hygiene, mobility, and toileting.
  • Ensure a clean and hygienic environment by cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, changing linens, and repositioning residents as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with medical staff, residents, and visitors, providing a compassionate ear and valuable companionship.
Requirements
  • Current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification.
  • Knowledge of medical terms and basic nursing care procedures.
  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with medical professionals and residents.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
