As a Registered Nurse on our Behavioral Health team, you will provide direct patient care to individuals with mental health needs. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring the highest level of care and support for our patients.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing assessments, and developing treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Participate in multidisciplinary rounds to discuss patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment, adhering to infection control and safety protocols.
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Experience working in a behavioral health or psychiatric setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations, with a focus on patient safety and well-being.
