Digital Print Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Print Specialist to join our team at The UPS Store located inside the Giant Eagle at 410 Northtown Sq in Gibsonia, PA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering world-class customer service to all retail customers, including business owners, corporate professionals, and busy families.

In this role, you will pack and process shipments for local, national, and international delivery using a variety of carriers. You will also manage and produce graphics and print orders, operate copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminators, and cash registers, among other daily tasks.

• You will understand and fulfill the needs of walk-in customers and telephone/email inquiries
• You will communicate effectively and continuously practice good listening with customers, co-workers, vendors, and leadership
• You will empathize and manage demanding, impatient, and/or frustrated customers to turn a stressful event into a positive experience
• You will take ownership of customers' packing, shipping, and/or print problems and offer viable solutions
• You will package shipments for safe arrival, including assembling stock boxes, building custom boxes, and properly cushioning contents
• You will manage the logistics of small to medium projects, follow through to completion, and update all parties as needed
• You will produce/design, prove, and update materials for print projects using Adobe and Microsoft Suites for both Mac and PC
• You will operate all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion and be willing to teach others
• You will prioritize and optimize the work load to streamline the production flow
• You will frequently multi-task while maintaining extreme attention to detail and high quality control
• You will maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment

• You have a High school diploma or GED
• You have at least one year of customer service experience (more preferred)
• You have one to two years of experience or a two-year degree in graphic design or a related field
• You have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
• You have knowledge and application of printing concepts
• You have good communication and people skills
• You have strong analytical and math skills
• You are highly organized and detail oriented
• You have good project and time management skills
• You are able to work and complete tasks independently in a quick turn environment
• You are able to work collaboratively
