DaVita is seeking a dedicated Nurse Specialist to deliver exceptional care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. ### Key Responsibilities

* Provide comprehensive care to patients in a hospital setting, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT)
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
* Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis equipment

### Requirements

* Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
* Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree
* Experience in intensive care unit (ICU), critical care unit (CCU), emergency room (ER), or medical surgical (Med Surg) preferred
