Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team as a Travel Physical Therapist - Home Health. As a Physical Therapist with MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and provide high-quality care in a home health setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients' medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions
  • Develop and administer treatment plans with specific goals determined according to patients' capacities and tolerances
  • Provide skilled physical therapy services and interventions in accordance with physician orders
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient

Requirements:

  • Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with NPTE certification
  • Minimum one year's experience as a Physical Therapist
  • Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist/PT or actively in the process of obtaining licensure
  • CPR certification
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
