Job Title: Travel Nurse RN Hospice

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care to patients in need of hospice services in Albany, Oregon.

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced RN to join our team as a Hospice Nurse. As a Hospice Nurse, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients with terminal illnesses, focusing on their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care to patients with terminal illnesses
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Monitor and report patient progress
  • Provide emotional and spiritual support to patients and their families

Requirements:

  • Current Oregon RN License
  • Minimum of 1 year recent relevant nursing experience
  • Electronic Charting experience
  • American Heart Association BLS
  • Valid U.S. Driver's License
