We are seeking a highly skilled Annual Enrollment Generalist to join our team at TEKsystems. As an Annual Enrollment Generalist, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients during their busy season.
Key Responsibilities:
- Examine and assess data to provide information on benefits and group insurance programs and utilization.
- Pinpoint needs for modification or changes in program design and administrative procedures.
- Record employee enrollment in benefits.
- Explain and interpret complex aspects of company insurance programs to employees and dependents.
- Utilize expertise in a more complex aspect of the Benefit Clerk duties, requiring in-depth knowledge of benefit programs, company policies, and administrative procedures.
Requirements:
- Entry-level experience in a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
