Civil Engineering Project Manager Position for a Growth-Oriented Firm

We are seeking a seasoned Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional projects throughout Wisconsin. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated professional to join our dynamic organization and contribute to the growth of our services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, excellent leadership skills, and experience in managing project budgets, teams, and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead project teams to ensure high-quality work delivery
- Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets to achieve financial targets
- Manage project scope, schedule, and staffing to meet client expectations
- Effectively communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met
- Ensure project-specific delivery requirements are met, including quality assurance processes
- Secure contract work, negotiate contracts, and provide updates as requested
- Mentor and guide staff members to enhance their professional development
- Nurture client and stakeholder relationships through regular communication and engagement
- Collaborate with colleagues to leverage internal resources and continuously improve professional skills
- A Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
- At least 7 years of relevant experience, with multiple years leading projects
- A Professional Engineer (PE) License is preferred
- Experience in producing civil engineering plans and designs
- Familiarity with municipal project design, permitting, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
- Technical competence in developing and managing project budgets
- Knowledge of client standards and Quality Control processes
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for worksite visits and meetings
- Eligibility to work permanently in the country where this position is located
- Ability to travel occasionally for professional development and project-related work
We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. We also provide a generous 401K retirement savings plan with a company match, paid time off, nine paid holidays, and community service hours.
