Pretzel Baker

We are seeking a skilled Pretzel Baker to join our team at Pretzels, Inc. as a Production Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for mixing ingredients, operating equipment, and ensuring the production of high-quality pretzels.

• Prepare and mix ingredients according to recipes and specifications
• Operate and maintain equipment, including mixers, ovens, and conveyors
• Monitor and control the production process to ensure quality and efficiency
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Document production data and report any issues or concerns to management
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals and objectives

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• One month of related experience or training preferred
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and procedures
• Ability to effectively communicate with team members and management
• Basic math skills and ability to measure ingredients accurately
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

The employee will be working in a fast-paced production environment with moderate to loud noise levels. The employee will be required to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
